Our services cater to a broad range of customers, including architects, home buyers, real estate designers, contractors, and interior and exterior designers. Our team of architects and designers is passionate about rendering and has completed thousands of projects locally, nationally, and internationally, bringing our clients’ design visions to life.

With over ten years of experience in project visualization, we are committed to providing high-end 3D visualization services for our clients.

The information we require to start your 3D rendering project varies depending on the service you’re requesting. For 3D interior and exterior rendering, we ask that you provide us with CAD drawings or hand-drawn sketches that clearly show the dimensions of your property and proposed space. Your preferred colors, textures, and materials are also welcome. Please refer to the individual service pages on our website for more information.

For floor plan rendering, we only require the dimensions and elevation information of the space. We work with drawings and sketches in any format, including CAD, DWG, RVT Revit, SKP Sketch-up, FBX, 3DS, and even PDF and JPG. Additional documents such as landscape plans, surveys, site plans, and material schedules can also be useful.

The time it takes to complete 3D renderings depends on the project’s complexity and how quickly you provide feedback on the progressive rounds of revisions. Simple renderings can be completed within 24 to 48 hours, while more complex projects may take longer. If you have tight deadlines and need renderings sooner, please contact us, as we take on rush projects.

The time it takes to complete architectural visualization animation depends on the project’s requirements, including the length of the animation. A shorter animation can be completed in approximately 20 days, while longer and more complex ones may take much longer. As each project is unique, we suggest that you contact us for a better estimate on the turnaround time.

We deliver our finished products digitally via email. Larger files may be sent via a separate downloadable link

To ensure the quality of our service, we provide samples for you to evaluate before engaging our services. We use only the best professional 3D design software programs and tools and have highly qualified Quality Assurance professionals who ensure that we deliver premium quality renderings every time.

If you need to print your rendering(s) for large format signage and billboards, simply inform our team, and we’ll calculate the render size required and deliver the appropriate files.

We welcome rush projects and thrive under tight deadlines. However, please note that additional charges may apply for rush projects.

Each rendering project is unique. In general, we provide up to 4 revisions as part of your rate. We start with the first rendering based on the submitted material, such as plans, sketches, and drawings. Once you review it and provide feedback, we make necessary amendments and additions and send you the revised rendering. We continue with the revisions in the same manner until you are completely satisfied with the final product. To save time and reduce the number of revisions, we request that you provide us with as much information as possible upfront about your vision for your future architectural development. However, please note that any request for changes that are significantly different from the initially submitted project specifications may be subject to additional charges.

Yes, our 3D renders are suitable for online marketing and print advertising. Our images are rendered to a high-quality size of 2,000 pixels wide, making them perfect for use in print brochures and signs. Our renders and animations also have high visual impact and clarity on screen and look great on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

We provide our services digitally and via phone. There is no need to meet in person.
